To make the greatest impact in an uncertain, complex future, groups must take creative action together. As a facilitator, your job is to help them deal with challenges they face in doing that:

  • Overwhelming urgency and uncertainty
  • Low trust in high stakes settings
  • Long-term tension and division

Current facilitation tools were designed for a more predictable world. Today’s facilitators need new ways to shift difference into creative responses and wise action. Human Systems Dynamics (HSD) offers skills and tools to support collaboration at any level. Using HSD helps you, as a facilitator, support complex conversations. When groups are polarized and stuck in intractable challenges, HSD can help you support them in creative, productive action.

This online event is an Adaptive Action Lab. You will focus on your most difficult facilitations. You will learn to see patterns in group relationships and find possibility in those patterns. You will set conditions for groups to find their next wise actions—together. Bring your greatest challenges and leave with a plan of action. You will use the tools of HSD find the power of 21st Century Facilitation.
