Your narratives represent and explain your experience. They also frame your expectations and assumptions. They motivate and inform action in all areas of your life. Sometimes, your narrative locks you, your team, organization, or community into patterns that belong to the past more than to an emerging future. On the other hand, powerful narrative can inspire, motivate, and celebrate the challenges and successes of navigating the complexity that threatens to overwhelm you every day. Writing powerful narrative requires that you step into the complexity of your life. Compelling narrative describes that complexity and its impact on the patterns that shape your existence. This AA Lab invites you weave your own stories into a narrative that reflects a unique and engaging tapestry.
