No matter how good you are, if you're a leader, you have some sticky problems that don't go away when the lights go out. Conflicts erupt on your team. Your board is not engaged enough, or too engaged. Cashflow; turnover; strategy; political or community concerns can all present challenges that require thoughtful and adaptive leadership.

Lisa Negstad has trained hundreds of supervisors to respond to the normal challenges of day-to-day change. Now, she is partnering with Glenda Eoyang, of Human Systems Dynamics Institute, to help you cope with the complex challenges you face in your VUCA (volatile, unpredictable, complex, and ambiguous) environment.

Bring your most wicked issues, and join Lisa and Glenda as you:

  • Discover the difference between tame and wicked problems
  • Explore the sources and forces of complexity and how to work with constant change
  • Learn and practice tools and strategies for how to work in situations with a lot of unpredictability, uncertainty and chaos

You will:

  • Relieve stress for yourself and your staff when you feel competent in the midst of complexity
  • Prepare for a future that you can't predict or control
  • Build your own story about change, and how you and your team will thrive through it

Leading in Complexity Training begins March, 2020, and will include six monthly 1 1/2 hour sessions with opportunity for engagement in between training sessions.
