The HSDP Certification Training Program provides insights into the theory and practice of the emerging field of human systems dynamics. It is an intensive time of learning and growth where you will learn the concepts and tools of HSD, observe how others use the work, reflect on your own work and emerging competencies, and practice applying principles of HSD to challenging organizational issues. You also have opportunities to share your own applications of HSD.

Through 10 days of engaging, emergent and experimental learning, participants gain an understanding of the theory and practices of HSD. You learn the fundamentals, application tools, and practices of integrating HSD into your life and work. You become certified in HSD at a level that will expand your leadership practice and increase your effectiveness. And you join a thriving network of other Associates who have completed the course and are using their learnings to enrich their own practices.

In this course you will:

  • Experience self-organizing processes.
  • Learn how to work with a system when it is not under your control.
  • Develop skills in asking effective questions to help your clients find answers.
  • Share your experiences, tools, techniques and insights with other learners.
  • Create your own cutting-edge methods and techniques.

The 10 days are broken into two or three sessions, and are offered in various locations throughout the year.

Early registration and group discounts are available. The fee includes 10 days of training, course materials, meals during training hours, and certification. Travel expenses and evening meals are the responsibility of the participant. HSD Training in Israel

HSD Institute is pleased to sponsor learning at the Center for Human Systems Dynamics in Israel.  HSD Associate Judy Tal invites you to use principles of HSD to build adaptive capacity in your life, community, and organization.  Join other learners to become an HSD Agent (HSDA) through participation in a series of four full-day classes led by Judy.  This intensive learning experience offers instruction and experience in applications of HSD models and methods as you also engage in a project using HSD principles in an area of interest to you.  Additionally when you complete Agent certification, you are eligible to participate in a second level of certification with Glenda Eoyang, founder of the field of HSD.  In this course, you become certified to join a powerful global network of individuals who are certified HSDP Associates of HSD Institute.
