HSD Institute is a 501(c)3 organization that invests profits in education, research, and services to increase adaptive capacity in individuals, organizations, and communities. We welcome your contributions to the Institute. 

The Institute provides funding opportunities to advance learning, research and practice in the field. There are many ways for individuals and public and private organizations to contribute to the work of HSD: 

Offer your time, talent or services   A unique quality of HSD is the diversity and richness of the professionals who are interested in, learning, practicing and teaching the work. If you have a service you can provide to the field or the Institute, such as a research project, hours to volunteer for a training or conference, or expertise in a particular area, we value that contribution.  

One of the Simple Rules of the Institute is Give and Get Value for Value. To that end, we work with individuals to trade services, expertise, and training in a way that is equitable for both the individual and the Institute. Please contact us for more information about this program. 

Talk about HSD   Our best way to share the concepts and tools of human systems dynamics is to encourage dialogue and collaboration among curious friends and connected partners. Associates (connected partners) have access to marketing and collateral materials that provide colleagues and clients information about HSD. And curious friends (those of you who have not yet certified in HSD) are valuable to us, both to give us feedback and to share information with your world about the impact HSD has on your work through our books, articles, products, and webinars. 

Financial support   We ask for and appreciate your financial support. You can contribute to our general fund, scholarship fund, or research fund. We depend on your continued support to advance the work of HSD. 

HSDP Associates of the Institute (those who have completed our HSDP certification training) are asked to consider their use of HSD and the benefit to their work, determine a dollar amount for this value, and contribute 5% to the Institute on a quarterly basis. These contributions go directly back to support the Network of Associates in their projects and work. 

Financial contributions can be made by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to HSD Institute and mailed to 50 East Golden Lake Road, Circle Pines, MN, 55014. If you wish to contribute by credit card, please contact us. Remember that because we are a not-for-profit organization, your gift is tax deductible.
