Mary Nations

Mary's passion is to work with organizations and the people in them to be more effective, authentic and flexible in changing environments.  For over two decades, she has worked as a consultant, manager, team player, and coach. She has extensive experience leading change efforts in corporate and nonprofit organizations. Recent work includes facilitating culture change programs, guiding intensive leadership workshops, and collaborating with an internet-based radio show that featuring a broad range of diversity and inclusion topics.

Pat Seppanen

Pat Seppanen holds an Ed.D in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University.  She has been involved with social programs for 35 years as an applied researcher-evaluator, program administrator, and practitioner.  Currently, Dr. Seppanen is the Director of Research Applications at Search Institute. In addition to designing and leading field-based studies, Pat serves as an evaluation consultant to youth development initiatives sponsored by other organizations (i.e., Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities, YMCA of Greater New York, Tiger Woods Learning Center).   Pat attended the Human Systems Dynamics  Summer Institute in 2006 as part of Cohort  5.  Since then, she and her colleagues at Search Institute have been actively using HSD methods and techniques with individuals, programs, and communities as they work to transform the settings that touch the lives of children and adolescents.  Pat brings to the HSD board a background in grant writing, program development, and evaluation. 

Barbara Tuckner

Barbara has been Principal of Tuckner Consulting, Inc. since 1985. As an organization development consultant, she has worked with hundreds of companies, organizations, and schools on issues related to leadership, strategy planning, coaching, system thinking, and teaming. She earned her Doctorate at the University of St. Thomas and has taught for the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota; the Center for Business Excellence; Organization Development and Pedagogy of Learning Doctoral Programs, and, the Executive MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas. Dr. Tuckner continues to consult with Integrative Learning Corporation in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia; and the Leader Academy in Western Europe. She lives in St. Paul.
