De has had many years of experience managing operations and administration in the managed healthcare field, with a strong focus on customer service.  With the many learning opportunities available through HSD Institute, she completes the event planning process by working through all logistical details.  Using her strong communication skills, she handles the administrative components of the daily operational activities.
