The HSD Institute offers a variety of Learning Opportunities for Associates and non-Associates, alike. Each Learning Opportunity offers meaningful theory and information presented in a professional manner with practical and useful tools for application in your organization or for individual growth, transition and change.  An Associate can become involved in Learning Opportunities either as a learner or as a trainer.

Obtain Your Certification as a

 Human Systems Dynamics Professional (HSDP)

The Human Systems Dynamics Professional 10-day training program provides insight into the theory and practice of this emerging field. It is an intensive time of learning and growth, when you will learn about how others use HSD, reflect on your own work and emerging competencies, share your insights with others, and practice applying principles of HSD to challenging organizational issues.  Additionally, participants share their own applications and work.  

September 22-24, October 13-16 and November 18-20

What to Expect:

Through 10 days of engaging, emergent and experiential learning, participants will gain an understanding of the theory and practices of HSD.  In three phases of development, you will learn the fundamentals, application tools, and practices of integrating HSD into your life and work.  And you become certified in HSD at a level that will expand your leadership practice and increase your effectiveness.
