The HSD Institute is committed to supporting research and development in the field of human systems dynamics and effective applications of its principles in communities and organizations. The Foundation, as the heart of the non-profit HSD Institute, is established to provide funds to support research and service activities within the patterns of the HSD Institute's Short List of Simple Rules.  Projects will be considered when they

• Further the field either through qualitative or quantitative research;
• Use the principles of human systems dynamics to address a significant social, political, or economic issue; or
• Use the principles of human systems dynamics in working with marginalized issues, groups, or organizations.

Describe the project as you conceive it and tell us as much as you can about it. Katherine Barton, Director of The Foundation, will contact you to discuss possibilities and options. If we do not currently have a source of funding for the project, we will work together to explore development opportunities.
