Timothy Chase is the Senior Organizational Development Analyst at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. Through the use of Human System Dynamics, Tim works with leadership to understand and influence the patterns in their complex adaptive systems, both within the Hospital and the healthcare environment, to develop positive and coherent options for action.
Tim’s extensive Human Resource Management background, of nearly 15 years, includes roles as Performance Management Specialist and Employee Relations Manager. While in those and his current role, Tim has participated in the implementation of talent management solutions, leadership development programs, 360s feedback assessments, and behavioral event interviewing in several organizations.
In addition to the complex adaptive system work of Human Systems Dynamics, technical areas of expertise include implementing Halogen Software Talent Management Suites and HayGroup 360 assessments.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston. Tim is an Associate of the Human Systems Dynamic Institute and accredited through the HayGroup in the use of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory.
