Terence is the Founder of Integral Training & Consulting Ltd. He has more than 20 years experience in HR, training and consultancy. His expertise ranges from training design, organization development, change management, project management, train-the-trainer, leadership development, sales and customer service. He was the Principal Consultant of a global consulting firm and the Manager, Learning Solutions of Motorola University.
Terence has been teaching Masters degree programs in SHRM and in universities in Hong Kong and China for more than 12 years. As a regular speaker for professional associations, his OD seminars are well received by senior HR executives across the region.
