Sam has been a community and network organizer since 1983, organizing around the intersections of environmental, economic and cultural justice. Ujima Consulting works with grassroots social change leaders to generate networks of change agents that bond and bridge communities expressing a commitment to co-generate a healthier relationship between people, their communities and cultures, and the environment.
Sam and Ujima offer a range of supports for social transformation efforts, including a range of trainings/workshops on how to lead and guide change. We provide technical assistance to support change processes over short to long-range objectives. We partner with a diverse range of visionaries, healers and intermediaries for justice, peace and well being to help foster the conditions for self-organizing of well being for the most marginalized among us.
