Rex Babiera is the Director of Learning and Communications for the Ball Foundation Education Initiatives team. He joined the team after receiving his MBA from UCLA-Anderson. He has almost a decade of experience in applying organizational development and knowledge management practices in public school systems. He was a high school physics teacher for six years and studied engineering as an undergraduate. He is an avid runner and practices photography as often as he can.
