Michelle is a consultant for the Bemidji Area, Indian Health Service in the area of health promotion. She has worked with Native American communities throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and now in the northern states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. Michelle comes into the field of leadership and change through a practitioner’s perspective of facilitative processes engaging communities, teams and organizations to develop and enhance their adaptive capacities to lead change. Currently she is a doctoral student with Antioch University studying Leadership and Change, completing her studies in 2013. Michelle uses digital storytelling, metaphors and emergent processes to create reflective and mindful spaces for leader engagement and development.
