Kathy Anderson

 

Kathy Anderson brings 35 years of working experience from private and public sector organizations to serve you as a coach and organization development consultant. Her work focuses on relationship and team building, leadership development, and process improvement among and between individuals and teams with the goal of positively impacting individuals and organizations from a systems perspective. 
 
Kathy earned a Master of Business Administration and a Masters Certificate in Organization Development from St. Thomas University; Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University.
 
Also skilled in project management and process improvement Kathy has sponsored and led technology implementations, building projects, safety programs, and a wide array of other projects, pilots, and initiatives for large groups and leaders. Kathy has held contract management and coordination positions, as well as management, supervisory, administrative, and training positions. 
 
Writer
Kathy is currently working on a book series that integrates the art of coaching within the framework of Both/And thinking using the Polarity Management model. The first book, Coaching People and Managing Polarities will be available late 2009, followed by Coaching Leaders and Managing Polarities in 2010.
 
Kathy is the author of A Gift of Love: The Story of My Mother’s Dying Time, a story of faith and forgiveness, and soon to be published Alex and Granny, a children’s story of intergenerational fun and love.
 
When not working
Kathy shares her life with family and friends, and especially cherishes time spent with her husband, playing with her grandchildren, reading, and in support of Compassion International ministry. Kathy plays piano, tinkers with guitar, flute, and bells. Future goal to learn to play the harp in this life!
