Kathy Anderson has 20+ years of operations management, project management, and organization development experience from both the private and public sector. Kathy currently divides her time as an independent coach and organization development consultant and facilitator, and internal project manager.
Her interest is in helping others work through organizational difficulties by facilitating development of effective teams, streamlining processes, managing projects, and finding and simplifying the path to success.
Kathy holds an MBA in Management and a Masters Certificate in Organization Development from St. Thomas University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University Saint Paul Minnesota. Kathy is a Polarity Management® Associate, a Human Systems Dynamics® Institute Associate, and is a certified coach having completed programs with the Coaches Training Institute and through the Transformational Leadership Coaching Institute.
Kathy’s new book, Polarity Coaching: Coaching People and Managing Polarities, is an approach that blends the art of coaching within the framework of Both/And thinking using the Polarity Management® model.
