Cino has provided development services to innovative organizations for over 25 years. She is known for creating crucial conversations resulting in bold thinking, actions and results for her clients. Her consulting practice centers on collaboratively helping leaders cause transformation within their organizations. Cino is an executive coach, as well as a facilitator and builder of partnerships, strategic plans and leadership teams. She mediates conflict, supports leadership transition and facilitates large-scale organization culture transformation resulting in high performing professionals, organizations and systems. Cino uses experiential learning in much of her work and is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Emotional Quotient Inventory, the Creatrix (Innovation), Hogan Leadership Assessments and other instruments that facilitate understanding for individuals and groups. She is known for helping to create long-term results with her clients and is consistently given feedback that her energetic, innovative approach to design, facilitation and transformation is an important contributor to client success.

Cino has written numerous articles for professional newsletters and has many books about transformation swirling in her brain as yet to find their way to paper. She is originally from Duluth, MN with undergrad and graduate degrees in Education Psychology from the University of Minnesota where she studied high performing organizations. Eighteen months in Israel in the early 80’s and world travel have helped to shape her global view of the world. When her two boys have finished their college education Cino plans to gain a second masters degree in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn). Past board member and current active member of the MN Organization Development, American Society of Training and Development and the Minnesota Facilitators Network. She has served as a board member of many nonprofit and educational institutions in the past twenty years. Cino has two great almost grown boys, lives in St Paul with her cat Zoe and has walked and completed seven marathons in the past seven years.
