Brenda Fake has been an Organization Effectiveness professional for 20 years. She has worked and applied her skills in diverse set of industries both public and private that include airline transportation, telecommunications, financial trading, engineering consulting, and public works, manufacturing from food to aerospace. Brenda has been a guest lecturer for the National OD Network, St. Thomas University, and an undergraduate and graduate instructor in School of Business in Strategic Planning for Metropolitan University in Minneapolis. Awarded OD Practitioner of Year by United Airlines in 1996 and an early adopter of consultative media with Blue House Productions.
Brenda is the Principal of O2 and holds a BA Degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota, MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a certificate in Human System Dynamics from the HSD Institute. Brenda now resides in San Diego, California with her husband, Tom Rushfeldt, and their two cats.
