Brenda Dale - HSD Associate
Brenda was born in Bermuda and spent the first eight years of her life here. Her parents then went to Canada where Brenda finished her public, high school and university education.
She returned home to Bermuda with her husband in 1987, and they are now raising two young daughters there.
Brenda achieved an Honors Bachelor of Arts
(B.A.) degree in Recreation Administration in 1980, and a Master of Public Administration
(M.P.A.) degree in 1981. Since that time, she has consistently pursued professional development activities and training courses including: Computers and Business Systems Analysis and Design Certificate (1987 – University of Alberta), Consulting Skills, Organizational Analysis & Design, Diversity Skills Training Certificate (National Training Laboratories (NTL)/Bermuda College, 1995), Facilitation Fundamentals (York Univeristy, 1999), Experience Based Learning and Training Certificate (NTL/Bermuda College, 2001), Organisation Development (OD) Certificate (NTL, 2004), Human Systems Dynamics Certification (Human Systems Dynamics Institute, 2008).
Brenda has over twenty-six years of experience at a senior management level in the public sector, at both operational and corporate levels, at both municipal and provincial levels in Canada and Bermuda. Brenda has ten years experience as an internal management consultant with the Bermuda Government addressing the full range of public service programs at both the corporate and operational level. Brenda wishes to pursue a senior executive post in the public sector that enables her to utilize her organisational development (OD), facilitation, and human systems dynamics skills in the pursuit of organization and community development
