Ann has worked in healthcare for a over thirty years. She has provided leadership in a variety of key initiatives across the change continuum and demonstrated enthusiasm in supporting organizational change during the implementation of iCare a provincially recognized care planning tool. Ann holds a Masters in Arts (Leadership) from Royal Roads and is currently completing Evidence- Based Coaching certification. She looks forward to continue her organizational change work with leading Team Driven changes within a health care setting.
