Dr. Glenda Eoyang, the Executive Director of the HSD Institute, serves as the operational head of the Administrative Office. As the founder of the field of human systems dynamics, she brings a strong and cogent voice to public discussions about the field. Her experiences as leader, entrepreneur, author, and public speaker provide a wealth of resources in all functions of the Administrative Office.
Royce Holladay, Director of The Network, brings a wealth of experiences using concepts of human systems dynamics to approach challenges of school reform. Previously, as a school district administrator, and more recently as a consultant and author, she understands the power of using human systems dynamics in bringing about systemic change in organizations, groups, communities, or families.
Katherine Barton , Director of The Foundation, has experience working with organizations, supporting them in times of change, working on development activities, and providing leadership. She is a skilled writer, with in-depth knowledge about strategic planning, leadership, and project management. Having worked in a number of cities in the US, as well as in Europe and Indonesia, her diverse background enables her to bring a number of strengths to our work.
